To have my first safety instructor at the table charles osborne and my classmate and now coworker from his #csst class of 2010-Johnny Gomez with the one that ties it all together Ellie Giglio and my prot��gé Fadhel Peters is a dream come true to a truly magical career. Tolunay Wong Engineers was awarded #abc Diamond Safety award yesterday. We decided to “suit up” and go visit our teams that make these safety awards happen out in the field. We just opened up a unique space at TWE to facilitate collaboration with our employees, clients, and start-ups. Excited to share more as we hear from you and realize ideas that stand the test of time.

This past week, we kicked off the next 30 years of TWE at our annual Leadership Summit bringing together managers from across the firm. We were joined by former COO of Cheniere and Tellurian, Keith Teague, as our keynote speaker on the topic of Transformational Leadership. We reiterated our mission to our employees and to our clients - "to be the best geosciences firm in the Gulf Coast region". What does it mean "to be the best"? -- It means that even though a client may not ultimately choose us, we are the first ones they think about because our history of delivering on our promises, a reputation that chooses to do the right thing right away. -- It means that we take our work extremely seriously but we don’t take ourselves too seriously --If we start cutting corners, or push services that our client doesn’t need, or deliver something that is subpar in our market, then there is significantly less reason for us to be around. --We are lucky to be in a position to - even if we don't prefer it - lose money, but what we can’t afford is to lose our reputation.
