Stack Skills Specialists are overrated. Generalists are underrated. Create a mighty stack of complementary skills. Example: A creative who understands sales and marketing. — 5. Manage Up with the 4-Bullet Update Your manager is busy. They might not remember what they asked you to do. Give them an update with this outline: • Here’s what you asked me to do • Here’s what I did • Here are the risks/blockers • If given more time, I’d do this… — 6. Trevor came to the Summers Agency intending to make some part time income while spending the summer traveling the country in an RV with his wife Mel and his dog. HOWEVER...Trevor found a true connection with the culture and the quickly realized the income potential that the Symmetry system can provide.
