    Technical Specialist Warren, MI What you’ll be able to do: (Daily) GAP analysis data (Tracking and understanding daily, weekly monthly failures at EOL)– email team Complete monthly BPR data, including BIF and monthly EOL summary We continue to create new charts that are noticed in other plants then directed as the standard. Weekly Directors package charts and data Send daily EOL FTT daily by shift at end of shift – Email team Host a daily quality meeting with the plant team, to discuss previous EOL issues Troubleshoot unique EOL failures as the need arises Assist repair personnel with repairing difficult units. Assist/ Maintain laptop software for IDS/FDRS in plant repairs. Run test units through flash server to verify calibration changes – typically this will happen on days Roll out and verify new calibrations to test cell and verify changes do not affect current production adversely – Emergency only on nights Assist maintenance and IT with any EOL equipment repairs Host a team meeting with VOME, Mahle, NetCom, powertrain in order to understand all engineering Develop action plans to investigate quality concerns and verify corrective actions on internal processes. (Lead engineer) Optimize the cycle times and Process FTT for pre roll, dynamic, static, CBT and Gate CC software, testing modules concerns. (Lead engineer) can assist. Analyze data to understand opportunities to improve PM’s to reduce downtime and probably company expenditures Develop capable processes and tools for assembly operations. Support launch with data from all builds. Understand vehicle failures DTC’s and how they are tied to specific failures Lead VRT electrical team – Senior EOL engineer Present and speak to Subsystem data during PQR & VQR reviews Work with Launch/VOME team to secure aging equipment.     Manufacturing Engineer Warren, MI Your experience with typical part handling, assembly processes, data management, and automation will be crucial in enhancing our production processes. The ideal candidate will also have a background in statistical analysis, continuous improvement methods, capacity management and OEE analysis. Essential Duties: 1.     Ensure compliance with OSHA Safety and Health regulations, as well as federal, state, and local regulations related to environmental, industrial, and electrical mandates. 2.     Mechatronic Product Assembly: Oversee and optimize assembly processes for current production and new pump assembly lines, utilizing middleware such as Ignition and PLCs to enhance effectiveness and efficiency. 3.     Testing: Develop and implement robust in-process and end of line testing procedures. Analyze test results and employ statistical analysis to drive improvements. 4.     Data Management: Leverage your expertise with middleware, such as Ignition and PLC, to integrate and streamline manufacturing processes, part traceability and database management. 5.     Automation: Drive automation initiatives within the assembly process, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention. 6.     Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical methods to analyze manufacturing data, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions for process optimization. 7.     Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement in processes, quality, and efficiency. 8.     Capacity Analysis: Conduct capacity analysis to ensure optimal utilization of resources and recommend improvements to meet production demands. 9.     OEE Improvement: Implement measures to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) through proactive maintenance, process optimization, and technology upgrades. 10.   Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of assembly and testing processes, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality control measures. 11.   Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechatronic systems into the automotive assembly line. 12.   Contribute insights to budget planning and timelines, and actively participate in "special projects" assignments as required. Qualifications: 1.     Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 2.     3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on automotive assembly and testing of mechatronic systems.     Process Engineer Romulus, MI The main function of a manufacturing process engineer is to direct the development and/or improvements of manufacturing processes and equipment.
