Let's give a big hand to our Lifesaver Award recipient, Jenny Lane, RN! 👏 Jenny’s keen attention to detail and unwavering patient advocacy saved a life. Here’s how: After a month-long hospital stay, a patient was set to be discharged to a skilled nursing facility. During her thorough assessment, Jenny discovered the patient was running dangerously low on supplies for their lifesaving device. Recognizing the urgency, she immediately alerted the team and ensured the patient received all the necessary equipment before transfer. Jenny's quick thinking, clear communication, and exceptional nursing skills prevented a potential medical emergency. Thank you, Jenny, for doing Everything It Takes for our patients!
