The Chateau on the lake, a new restaurant in a grand old estate in Bolton Landing, opened Aug. 2. Planned as a boutique hotel (hotel opening spring of 2015), the restaurant has been awarded with 3 diners choice awards all within 8 weeks of opening. French cuisine by Executive Chef Michael Urowsky. Located on The Lake Front of Lake George in Bolton Landing, NY.
