We're thrilled to share that our recent trip to the USA was a resounding success! 🇺🇸✨ 🌉 Starting in San Francisco, we had productive meetings with our clients, discussing innovative hiring strategies and forging new partnership agreements. It was inspiring to catch up with some of the talented candidates we've placed and witness the positive impact they're making firsthand. 🌲 Our visit to Seattle was equally rewarding, with engaging discussions on aligning our strategies with our client's current and future needs. Visiting a client’s site provided valuable insights that will shape our approach moving forward. 🏭 The trip culminated in North Carolina, where we met with 17 managers and directors at a flagship facility. Our in-depth discussions about the plant's layout and their upcoming hiring plans were incredibly fruitful. We also gained a deeper understanding of their cutting-edge cell manufacturing strategy. 🔍 As a result of these successful meetings, we are excited to announce that we are now working on 4 key hires on an exclusive basis. Here are the roles we're hiring for: Deputy CFO (Florida, Office-Based): This role involves significant financial management and strategy responsibilities - $320,000 to $400,000. Director of C&I and Key Accounts (Sales, Remote): This sales-focused role targets commercial and industrial as well as the light utility markets, with a base salary of $180,000 and an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of up to $500,000. Design Engineer - IPP - Utility Scale (Remote): Focused on the design of large-scale utility-scale solar projects all over the country - $95,000 to $140,000.
