This beer is a collaborative effort to celebrate and benefit the CALIFORNIA CRAFT BREWERS ASSOCIATION, the nonprofit that protects and supports craft brewers in California. “The Quality department’s overall goal is to ensure our beer is consistent in flavor, aroma, and appearance," says Jamie Roak, Sierra Nevada Quality Project Specialist. To do this, she and her team test our beer from the start of yeast propagation all the way to the final product being shipped out. It's serious business, but Jamie takes it in stride. "If I have a tough day, I remind myself that not only do I work in a brewery, but at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. I play a part in making some of the best beer in the world."

We're proud to once again partner with the Trust for Public Land (TPL), who is dedicated to connecting everyone to the joys of the outdoors. As leaders in equitable access, TPL creates parks and protects public land where they're needed most. Every year, Mills River Brewmaster Scott Jennings brews O'Henry's Stout—a special beer to celebrate his son's birthday. But this is no ordinary year. Henry joined us in the brewhouse last month to brew, filter, and package the nitro beer. Then he celebrated his 21st birthday with a pint of O'Henry's in the Taproom with his dad. 🎂 🎉
