    Opportunity: Group Rooms Coordinator Provide ongoing communication between the client, the hotel, and the sales office ensuring all operational standards and overall guest satisfaction is met. Your Growth Path: Reservations Manager / Front Office Manager Your Focus: ●       Produce weekly Sales Report highlighting new Prospects, Tentatives and Definites ●       Check GRC weekly and send an updated list to sales managers regarding Tentative & Prospects ●       Review all turnover files and compare to PMS / Delphi to ensure accurate room block and seamless information across channels ●       Assist other Sales/Catering Managers when all hands on deck is necessary ●       Manage all group blocks/inventory for a budget of $6M annual Group Room Revenue, including but not limited to entering rooming lists, making/change group reservations and auditing group blocks for duplicate reservations. ●       Confirm Delegate rooms for all groups/contracts.   ●       Act as main point of contact  for all groups regarding rooms which includes but is not limited to assisting with group reservations, making changes, VIP’s, routing, rooming lists, attending PreCon meeting etc. ●       Assist Conference Planner with final bills when room questions arise ●       Manage group waitlists ●       Conduct weekly group audit highlighting rooms left to sell or rooming lists due – share with sales/catering managers ●       Daily - In conjunction with Rooms Manager and Revenue Manager, manage overall hotel room inventory, identify oversold dates, identify reservations without deposits, reach out to process payment or cancel to maximize inventory. ●       Daily - Respond to any group related customer service  reports from call center ●       Daily - Act as on property Reservation Manager, when needed ●       Monthly - Check Expedia & Booking.com commissionable reservations ●       Monthly - Check Travel Agent commissions ●       Monthly - Process and track group commissions communication to Accounting for accrual information ●       Perform other duties as requested by management   Your Background and Skills: ●       High School diploma or equivalent preferred ●       Previous hotel or reservations experience preferred, but not required

Job Description: Catering Sales Manager Responsible for soliciting, contracting, detailing and servicing Weddings and Social Catering opportunities as Directed by the DOC with support from the DOSM. Manage catering account expectations and experiences to exceed guest satisfaction for every event every time. Achieve personal and team financial goals through upselling, pricing based on season and/or demand, and building relationships for repeat business when applicable. Showcase and promote all outlets and hotel features to all previous, current and potential clients. Below is a partial list of activities and responsibilities associated with this position. Note that at any time these may be revised by the DOSM or GM at any time as business or clients’ needs dictate.    Your Growth Path: Director of Catering / Group Sales Manager   Your Focus: ●       Continue to solidify Sea Crest Beach Hotel’s reputation as a premier and sought after wedding location through well executed events, positive word of mouth, and prospecting. ●       Use professional selling techniques to build rapport, negotiate and close business within the financial guidelines provided. Ensure that all terms and conditions satisfy the client's expectation.   ●       Maximize opportunities for Wedding Revenue by strategically selling events into alternative dates/ patterns. ●       Utilize Delphi to record and track all activities and communications with clients to secure proper and professional follow up, next steps etc. Utilize Catering turnover sheets and checklists to complete the sales, service and follow up phases successfully. Be present on property to meet and greet clients, oversee event details, support department team members as needed/required to ensure a smoothly executed event. ●        Conduct walking site inspections throughout the property as scheduled or requested by the client. ●       Assure clients’ needs and requests are being met through utilization of hotel communication tools such as Group Resume and BEO. Attend these meetings as Directed by DOS or DOC. ●       Plan and conduct pre- and post-event meetings with clients and respective departments to ensure all expectations are shared and executed efficiently. ●       Complete Resumes and BEO’s accurately to provide essential detailed information regarding food and beverage events, outlet and activities departments needs, rooming list requests, housekeeping requirements, billing details and deposits.     Opportunity: Maintenance Technician    Perform preventative and repair maintenance work to ensure the hotel is maintained according to established quality and sustainability standards while treating guests in a warm and friendly manner.   Potential Career Path    Engineer - Chief Engineer – Engineering Supervisor Essential Functions Assist with preventative maintenance and complete work orders related to replacing and repairing ceiling tiles, sheet-rock and wallpaper. Install or repair sheet rock and other wall coverings. Paint designated areas and items. Replace basic electrical fixtures, light switches, receptacles, light bulbs and fixtures. Perform minor plumbing functions. Focus on guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.  Follow Service Recovery Guidelines. Maintain the curb appeal including but not limited to snow removal, lawn care, gardening and trash removal. Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.  Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards. Perform other duties as requested by management. Position Requirements High School diploma and Trade school course work in related field preferred. Previous maintenance experience or equivalent training required.
