Thank you to our Congressional leaders and state and local officials who joined us at our space solar cells manufacturing facility in Albuquerque, NM, to celebrate our signed preliminary agreement under the U.S. CHIPS and Science Act. The proposed funding would enable us to: ✅ Create 100+ new manufacturing jobs to NM ✅ Modernize our production complex ✅ Increase our compound semiconductor production for spacecraft, helping to meet the growing national security and consumer demand space solar power. We open access to space to improve life on Earth.
About us
Rocket Lab builds, launches, and operates rockets and spacecraft for our global customers. Our Electron launch vehicle is the world’s most frequently launched orbital small rocket, our HASTE rocket is progressing America’s hypersonic capabilities on suborbital missions, and our larger Neutron rocket is currently in development. From across the United States, Canada, and New Zealand, Rocket Lab designs and manufactures individual spacecraft components to entire satellites constellations for missions to Earth orbit, the Moon, Mars, and beyond. Busy times at our spacecraft production complex. As we close out the finishing touches on the solar arrays for our twin Mars spacecraft for NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration and Space Sciences Laboratory, the next Pioneer spacecraft designed to support Varda Space Industries' in-space manufacturing capsule is coming down the line too. #MoreThanJustRocketsInThisLab 📸 Austin A.

Catch me if you can! 🛰 🛰 The twin satellites we're building for Space Sciences Laboratory and NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration's ESCAPADE mission will journey to Mars to measure plasma and magnetic fields around the Red Planet. During the start of the mission’s science campaign, the pair will orbit Mars together in an almost identical orbit, taking turns in the lead and safely passing one another, to allow scientists to see the variability of the Red Planet’s atmosphere over a short timescale.

Congratulations Virginia - home to Electron, Neutron, and HASTE launches! We're proud to operate a bridge between Earth and space from Virginia's Eastern shore. It is indeed a great place to live, work, and launch thanks to great people, leadership, and infrastructure.
It’s such an honor to have CNBC recognize what we’ve been working on for two and a half years and now our great Commonwealth has been named America’s Top State for Business. https://lnkd.in/gERBsBqj

499 Rutherford engines sent to space…and counting. You could help us launch the next 499 and beyond. Roles open for manufacturing engineers in our Electron propulsion team right now, plus a rare opportunity to shape the future of Rutherford and Curie as the Team Lead of Electron Propulsion Development. 🙋♂️ Team Lead: https://bit.ly/4eV0Vwo 🙋♀️ Manufacturing Engineers: https://bit.ly/467OS9K

The most candid, behind-the-scenes look at Rocket Lab’s founding and the fierce race to open access to space for small sats. Streaming July 17th, #WildWildSpace is an HBO Original Documentary by Academy Award winning director Ross Kauffman and based on Ashlee Vance's NYT best-selling book. Enjoy it. It’s a wild ride.

It's all hands on deck as we prepare our two ESCAPADE spacecraft bound for Mars for NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration & University of California, Berkeley, which makes it no better time to be a Development Engineer working on interplanetary spacecraft like Elliott W. In his own words: "a typical day for me is anything but typical - that's what makes it exciting though". Join the space systems team today: https://bit.ly/3zbBAhs

[Ctrl+C] [Ctrl+V] NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration and Space Sciences Laboratory's ESCAPADE pair are in the last stages of integration and testing here at our Space Systems facility in Long Beach, CA. Blue and Gold will journey to Red Planet where they will orbit around Mars together, then eventually part ways to observe opposite sides of the planet. #RocketLab #Marsbound #NASA #NASAMars #MarsTwins

We’re building twin Mars orbiting satellites for Space Sciences Laboratory and NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration ESCAPADE mission and one of the two, Gold, has just completed its environmental testing after spending almost two weeks in the TVAC chamber. Both spacecraft have now completed their environmental testing and are moving into final integration and closeout activities before shipping to Cape Canaveral.
