    Every CEO is making this mistake right now, and it will kill your company. CEO: "Everyone, listen up. Our productivity has dropped significantly, our costs are high, and if we don't adopt AI fast, we will be left behind. Every leader needs to find a way to be more productive!!!." Every Leader in the Company: "We need to find the best AI tools and get them installed immediately! I’ve just ordered a 6 more AI tools that told us they could save us millions!!" Cybersecurity & Privacy: "We can’t keep up with all these new tools! The queue and backlog is 10x anything we have ever seen, we have the same team size as before and our privacy risks are skyrocketing!" Employees: "Which tool are we supposed to use for what? We have so many options, and none of them seem to work together. This is so overwhelming that I won’t be able to hit my goals this quarter" Chief People Officer: "Everyone, stop! We need a practical approach. Why don’t we analyze the highest impact tasks to enhance with AI and go after these first?"
