Prime Controls is becoming a formidable force in the industrial world. 🌎 Recently this construction firm has secured significant projects, including the new Intel Facility in Chandler, AZ, 💻 and the Samsung Semiconductor Plant in Taylor, TX. ⚡️ But projects of this scale call for skilled laborers who are experts in their fields. The cream of the crop. So they called on us to assist them with their workforce needs. So far, we've been awarded 48 job openings, with 40 positions specifically for journeyman electricians at the Intel facility. We spent the 4th of July holiday weekend doing what we do best. 👊 We faced a monumental challenge at a plant, where they manufacture personal watercraft vehicles, golf carts, and four-wheelers. 🛺 We had just eight days to complete a massive overhaul— tearing down and rebuilding their paint booth, replacing four paint robots with new models, and executing extensive fabrication work. 😳 The caveat? Everything was on the second story, accessible only with specialized lifts and industrial cranes. But could we meet the demands of the project within such a tight deadline? Not only did we meet it, but we exceeded all expectations. We completed the entire project in just four days—half the allocated time. 😉 Our client was impressed with not only our speed, but our ability to think outside-the-box and present creative solutions to their problems. This has to be one of the most difficult tasks we face on a daily basis. But we're not giving up. Remote industrial and manufacturing sites are often where the most critical work happens, but unfortunately they're also the hardest to staff. Many skilled professionals are reluctant to relocate or commute to isolated areas, even for promising opportunities. So, what are we doing to combat this? Adapting to their needs as much as possible by finding better ways to reach them. These clients are just as important to us as ones that may be just down the road, and we refuse to leave them behind.
