Major brands like Amazon, Walmart, Marriott, Target, and Netflix have set consumer expectations at a level that many struggle to match. These brands have deeply integrated themselves into consumers’ daily lives, reshaping the standards for what defines a successful brand in today’s landscape. Healthcare consumers now anticipate digital experiences akin to those offered by leading retail giants. This shift in expectations is rapidly extending into the healthcare sector, showing no signs of slowing down. Explore our latest blog discussing how to deliver a “big brand” experience in healthcare: #ConsumerExpectations #HealthcareInnovation

Less than half of all healthcare organizations—just 49%—are offering any type of mobile app to customers today. This underscores the significant opportunity for growth and innovation in mobile health solutions, as the demand for convenient, accessible digital health services continues to rise. Modea can assist your organization in crafting an effective mobile app strategy and developing a digital tool customized to meet your consumers' needs: https://buff.ly/3VyR6wM #HealthcareDigitalTransformation #MobileAppDevelopment

Healthcare systems aim to reduce costs and optimize resources by implementing better digital patient tools. In 2024, these tools generated $54 billion for health systems across the US without requiring additional human resources. #DigitalHealth #PatientEngagement Source: https://buff.ly/4elj5ag.

Today’s healthcare consumer expects a health system’s website to be a tool that facilitates a seamless care journey, which can be especially complex in an academic medicine setting. At the same time, a healthcare organization's internal resources are always scarce, and digital teams are often expected to do more with less. Hear from our COO, Chris Riegger, and Vanderbilt Health’s Associate Director of Digital Experience and Analytics, Travis Waters, as they discuss the enhancements made to the health organization’s website, presented at our HMPS 2024 session. Learn how these improvements have enhanced the user journey and increased conversions throughout the site: https://lnkd.in/eqKt94zQ #PatientExperience #DigitalTransformation

In recent years, we've introduced a new dimension: the digital patient experience. We appreciate the recognition we have received on our work. It's a testament to the dedication and passion we pour into every project. Thank you, Lauren Angeloni!
Lauren Angeloni here. Today is the w3 Early Entry Deadline! Did it creep up on you like it did on me? “Time flies when you’re accepting brilliant digital awards entries”, as the saying goes… for all of you website- , social media-, video-, digital marketing-, podcast-, immersive tech-creators who are also on a tighter budget (aren’t we all?), you’ve still got a little time to get that early pricing. I’m going to spend this time highlighting some of the past winners of the w3 Awards whom I’m so proud to be able to count as part of the AIVA Community. I hope you all saw our posts introducing this season of our video series “The 3w’s”. In the latest episode, Born Group Creative Director, Jennifer Higgins, takes us behind their Gold Award-winning project for MD2 Concierge Medicine. (Look down a post or two in our feed to watch!) I’m hoping to see more from Stak this year, because the work they submitted last season was GREAT. They took home Gold wins for numerous podcasts and scored a Best In Show for the tight storytelling of Football Ramble: Inside the Qatar World Cup. Websites are the backbone of the w3 Awards and TMP Worldwide shone in that realm last season with Golds for super-strong work in website categories, particularly in the recruitment and real estate space. McKinsey & Company is known for insightful storytelling, weaving in data in a way that always makes me feel smart and well-informed. Their ability to translate this into STUNNING web design snagged them several Gold Awards last season (and don’t forget the podcast win as well). Modea came through with more elegant gold-winning website work, but this time in the Healthcare space for Nemours Children’s Health & Luminis Health. We have some multi-hyphenate winners who cross media types, like WHITE64, who took gold not only for their website projects, but also for their Branded Entertainment video entry for [solidcore]. We also have multi-hyphenates in terms of AIVA Awards. We are proud to count Forum One as a winner not just of w3 Awards, but across all 3 of our Awards (Davey + Communicator Awards) for their standard-setting websites for major institutions like March of Dimes and the American Jazz Museum. Netflix needs no introduction for their midas touch on movies and series, but I hope no one is sleeping on their podcast content, which is equally entertaining and enlightening. They have won several Golds and the rare accolade of Best in Show. This is a small (but mighty) cross-section of our w3 winners. Enter your work today to join the pantheon of heavy-hitters (while saving some money on the entry fee). Best of luck!
