Our team had a fantastic time during both DISA training sessions! One production operator has already used his new skills to adjust AMC speed and prevent scrap. Kudos to corporate caterers for the delicious lunch and the opportunity to enjoy dinners every night at a different restaurant. At the NOT PLANT, the D3 Disa was powered up, and everyone got hands-on experience with its new features, including the ASD (Adjustable Squeeze Distribution). Safety was a priority, with the Disa stopping all hydraulic motors when any door is opened. Operators learned new procedures for starting pumps with the door reset switch. Maintenance teams were also trained on the new D3 Disa design, covering pump hydraulic zeroing, machine alignments, and even troubleshooting an electrical issue in just 10 minutes. They got familiar with new electrical schematics using nodes in the PLC. #MTI #MorethanMetal #Innovation #Teamwork
