Her big 3 is a constant. Her ability to adhere to our standards while delivering Mendo Magic to our guests is seamless. A recent shift put her in the spotlight. A combination of tight scheduling and her team member not being able to make the shift saw her solo. Not only did she set up the restaurant perfectly and support catering, she flexed between all positions the entire shift with ease. At Mendocino Farms, we believe in spreading happiness wherever we go. That's why, when we train our teams for each of our grand openings, we donate over 120 delicious menu items to our local heroes, community partners, and business neighbors.
