With peak construction season fast approaching, our Safety Starts with ME team has put together some important safety tips to remember during the hot summer months: Try to avoid strenuous activities during the hottest parts of the day. Reschedule to the morning or evening instead. Wear lightweight, loose-fitting, light-colored clothing to stay cool. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water (not too cold).
