Once a year, we have the opportunity to bring the full Marine Retailers Association of the Americas (MRAA) team into Minneapolis for strategic planning, training and team building. This week, my cup has been filled, as I got to spend some good, quality time with this group of absolute rockstars who are working every single day to make this industry more successful. Since I started here 6 years ago, this team has been able to deliver more to the industry than ever before, in terms of more online training, more dealer resources, Dealer Week, position-specific certifications, a stronger Dealership Certification program, an AI tool, dealer development programs and much, much more.
