Care for, and keep, your people.

About us

We partner with organizations to give their moms, dads and caregivers the tools to integrate the care of themselves, their families, and their work through group coaching. Our certified coaches lead groups of similarly-situated parents and caregivers through a 12-week program, and a year of dedicated support. These groups act as personal Boards, providing connection, inspiration, and accountability. Rooted in the science of behavior change, our curriculum gives members the tools to find fulfillment across all the dimensions of their life. If you're an organization looking to build a better working world for parents and caregivers, we'll help you: - Track caregiver status - Track & measure DEIB - Create micro-communities that foster belonging & connection - Identify which niche benefits your caregiver employees need most - Identify what changes can be made to attract & retain talented employees who are caregivers & parents Let's grow forward together. Keep in touch: hello@keep-company.com ... From our members: "This was one of the best experiences of my personal and professional life. I left each meeting feeling grateful to be part of such a strong and supportive group. I would recommend it to every working mom I know." - Katie "It’s a lot for me to give up 1.5 hours in the middle of my workday, but every minute was worth it." - Purvi "I feel more empowered to prioritize what I feel I want and need for my personal (mental, physical, emotional) well-being, and I feel less guilty when I take time to invest in myself. I feel happier overall, and so grateful to have been able to develop deeper connections with the members in my group." - Tricia "I genuinely looked forward to each meeting and gained invaluable information. I also feel much more connected to my job and firm and more secure in my choice to work at this firm. I feel like I can be a working parent here.” - Alex

We might live in a society or work in a profession that constantly drives us to seek gold stars, but at Keep Company, we believe embracing imperfection is one of the keys to personal and professional growth. 🌟 💯 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗽: Perfectionism can lead to burnout, anxiety, and decreased productivity. When we set unrealistically high standards for ourselves, we end up feeling disappointed and overwhelmed. 🎨 𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Instead of aiming for perfection, focus on progress. Celebrate small wins and learn from mistakes. This mindset shift can boost your resilience and creativity. 👌 𝗕𝗲 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳: Self-compassion is your ally. Treat yourself with the same kindness and understanding that you would offer a friend. Let's redefine success together by striving for progress over perfection, and by building a healthier, more sustainable approach to achieving our goals. #KeepThe73

💡 Do you know what the most unexpected, career-critical skill in law today is? As Bloomberg Law recently shared, CREATIVITY tops that list — but it's only one of four interconnected skills that attorneys need to practice in order to unlock their professional potential: 🔍 Be Curious: Make time to learn new things, whether it’s picking up a new hobby to spark your creativity or listening to talks by other attorneys to gain fresh perspectives. (Curiosity is a super skill and one of our favorite to share with Keep Company members.) 🛍️ Be a Customer: Whether you’re applying for an in-house counsel role or courting a new corporate client, set yourself apart by understanding that particular company's customer experience. 🎨 Be Creative: Don’t be afraid to think outside the box for your professional advancement. Frame your experiences and skills in a different way to better align with the needs of a prospective employer or client. 🔄 Be Persistent: Making professional leaps in law often comes with the risk of rejection. Instead of getting discouraged, let rejection drive you to think creatively and approach the challenge from a new perspective. 🔗 Want to check out the full Bloomberg Law article? 🎆 With Fourth of July falling on a Thursday this year, it creates both a short workweek and a long weekend for many — which can be a double source of stress for working parents and others. This year, we encourage you to give YOURSELF a freedom-themed gift: free up some time in your schedule by strategically "dropping the ball." What do we mean? Write down all the tasks you're juggling from your work to-do list and your family to-do list. Search for one task that feels heavy ... but actually isn't important to you. And then drop that ball! Let the task drop off your list. Give yourself permission to prioritize what truly matters and enjoy the freedom that comes with letting go of the rest. #FourthOfJuly #WorkLifeBalance #KeepThe73

📢 In case you missed it: Our Chief Technology Officer, Zvi Band, recently shared the launch of the newest addition to the Keep Company platform: "Check Out." At its heart, Check Out is pretty simple. When a meeting draws to a close, our members now have the chance to keep their group-learning experiences going by answering a few key questions in a checkout screen: 💡 Takeaways & Experience ➡ Members are asked about their key takeaways from their meetings and how they think the meetings went. 🤝 Commitments ➡ They get to share the commitments they are making before their next meetings with their Keep Company coaches. 📣 Shoutouts ➡ Members can now give shoutouts to others in their groups, which are then delivered at random in the days that follow as a welcome surprises for each recipient. 🔗 To learn more about how Check Out is transforming Keep Company's group-learning experience and what else is on the horizon, check out Zvi’s post: https://zurl.co/pbmU #EmployeeWellBeing #KeepThe73

Learning to ask for help is a powerful way to lighten your load and strengthen your relationships — both at work and at home. But ... it's often hard to make the ask. Here are several strategies to help get you started: ⏸️ Pause ➡ Take a moment to reflect on why you’re hesitating to ask for help. ✅ Permission ➡ Give yourself permission not to do it all. 🎯 Get Specific ➡ Consider exactly what it is that you need. 💬 Make the Ask ➡ Think about framing your request in simple, clear terms — like, "I am (emotion) with (challenge). Can you (specific action)?" Be explicit. 🚫 When It's a No ➡ Fearing the "no" often holds us back from asking in the first place. To move on from a "no," just remember to breathe, show yourself some compassion, and keep the problem-solving moving! Consider following up with a question like, "Who would you ask for help with this?" Remember, asking for help isn't a sign of weakness; it's a step toward maintaining your strength.
