July is #NationalMinorityMentalHealthAwarenessMonth. Racial and ethnic minorities face unique mental health challenges due to stigma, lack of resources and difficulty finding relatable providers. At JFCS, we offer inclusive behavioral healthcare services and accept AHCCCS to ensure accessibility. Let's raise awareness and break down barriers together. 💜 Learn more at https://lnkd.in/gjahPdNM.

It's not 'What’s wrong with you?' but 'What happened to you?' This shift in perspective is at the heart of trauma-informed care. We understand that the same event can affect people in vastly different ways. Our goal at JFCS is to provide care that empowers clients to rebuild and heal in their own unique ways. Learn why trauma-informed care is essential for effective healing at https://lnkd.in/gqQa63X6.

With a new school year on the horizon, we're on a mission to ensure kids in our community are ready to hit the ground running. Help us raise $10,000 to provide students in Maricopa County with the school supplies and essential items they need to have a successful start to the year. Each donation helps children and teens who are receiving services from JFCS, whether it be in our foster care or domestic violence programs, or receiving care at one of our healthcare centers. No matter how big or small, your donation helps kids in JFCS programs feel supported and ready. 💚 Donate now at jfcsaz.org/supplydrive.
