🎉 Please help us celebrate Tamika King, an ISI Property Management Specialist Team Lead on the TSA Property Management Support Services (PMSS) Contract! 🎉 She has been part of the TSA team for two years and joined ISI almost a year ago as part of ISI’s expanded role on the new TSA PMSS contract. Tamika’s primary role at ISI involves asset and inventory management for TSA in Dallas and several other TSA sites located in the southwest. Tamika is based in Texas, but her job can require travel to various airports across the country up to 50% of the year. Tamika joined ISI as a Property Management Specialist but was quickly promoted to the Team Lead role only four months after joining ISI. In addition to inventorying her own TSA sites, Tamika has worked with our new team member providing on the job training and supporting her assigned TSA sites. Tamika’s willingness to step into a team lead role so soon after joining ISI, in order to ensure our client and her new teammate received the support necessary for success, is the very definition of what it means to “Succeed Together” at ISI! In recent weeks, the ISI Program Management Office (PMO) team (VA CFM/USACE) held its capstone second annual Joint Summit event with the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Office of Construction & Facilities Management (CFM) and the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). The focus of the Joint Summit was to assess the health of the $14B Medical Construction Program, drive strategic initiatives, and foster partnership between the two agencies. Our NDFE PMO team provides subject matter expertise and strategic planning support in information/data operations, financial planning, and synchronizes geographically distributed VA regional headquarters with broader VA Office of Design and Construction operations, initiatives, and governance strategy. A big 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗬𝗼𝘂 to Jonathan (Jon) Ackiss and Elena Omerini for leading the Joint Summit planning and execution effort. Due to their efforts this year’s DVA/CFM and USACE Joint Summit was a resounding success. Following the Joint Summit, the ISI team celebrated with ISI CEO, Christopher J. Lefebvre, and additional corporate team members. The team enjoyed some downtime in Gettysburg, PA and had the opportunity to connect “in-person.” Finding these moments in a remote working environment is critical to drive a personal connection and is part of the ISI experience.
