Attention Operators with Breakout Tanks! Have you completed your annual breakout tank submission to PHMSA’s National Pipeline Mapping System (NPMS)? Per 49 CFR 195.61, operators with breakout tanks are required to submit geospatial data, metadata, contact information, and a transmittal letter appropriate for use in the NPMS each year by June 15th. Before 2024, this requirement was voluntary. ISltd has helped several operators with these submissions in the past and can help you navigate the NPMS breakout tank submission process including identifying all of the required components.
