In today’s business environment… Just kidding, this post isn’t written by AI. But Miso Robotics' Flippy robot uses AI to diagnose itself with any issue so that Miso’s support staff immediately contacts the customer and begins solving the problem on their own. It also helps bridge the labor shortage gap in the food industry and protects workers by serving at one of the most dangerous stations in restaurants — the fry station. Robotics are rapidly innovating to meet the pressing needs and challenges in the food industry. Find out more about Miso Robotics and their robotic solutions by searching for “The Outsource Advantage” on your preferred podcast platform. #OneHHS #GainTheAdvantage #TheOutsourceAdvantage

Are you creating the right opportunities for your team? Encouraging your team to learn and grow is one of the best ways to increase employee satisfaction and retention. We offer our employees many different growth opportunities including education. Our partnership with Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts offers HHS team members a scholarship so finances don’t get in the way of their dreams. After financial aid, on average, they pay only $3,000 for their degree. We currently have 4 enrolled team members in Escoffier’s program and are very proud of our first graduate who earned their degree. Happy employees are important for your growth as a company. How are you creating opportunities for your team? Let us know in the comments! #OneHHS #HHSDifference

Meet Wesley Wright, Culinary Director at Bon Secours St. Charles Hospital, Ohio. Wesley began his culinary career in the competitive world of white-tablecloth restaurants, but finds more joy in creating meals for patients. Wesley passionately pursues his own growth, attending conferences and listening to feedback so he can better serve his patients. Wesley’s energy is matched and fed by his team’s own drive to serve. They meet regularly to find new and creative ways to spread cheer throughout the hospital, including unannounced "Rounds of Joy," where the team delivers special treats to patients and nurse stations. Their goal is to make everyone at the hospital feel valued and cared for — and it’s safe to say they’re succeeding. Well done, Wesley and team! We’re so proud of the work you’re doing. As a follow-up to a recent post of mine, I wanted to release Part 1 of my series on "Fostering a Culture of Growth" Part 1: Fostering a Culture of Growth: Aligning, Empowering, and Uniting for Success Building a culture of growth isn't just about setting ambitious targets; it's about aligning the entire organization to embrace growth as a collective mission. Here are three key strategies we use to foster a culture of growth at HHS: Alignment Across Teams: One of the fundamental pillars of our growth strategy is the alignment of our sales team, operations, and home office support departments. We make sure every member of these teams understands and embraces the organization's growth objectives so we can move forward as a unified force. How we’re doing it: Our cross-functional team meetings and workshops bring together key stakeholders from each team to share insights and collaborate on strategies to achieve our growth objectives. Empowering Stakeholders: Growth is everyone's responsibility. We equip all relevant stakeholders across the company with the tools, technology, and training necessary to meaningfully engage in the sales process with our customers. How we’re doing it: We’re rolling out comprehensive sales training programs, expanding access to advanced customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and supplying ongoing support for skill development. By investing in our employees' development, we anticipate a significant improvement in customer interactions and sales performance. Breaking Down Silos: Silos can create obstacles to growth, hindering the flow of information and collaboration. We've made it a priority to remove silos throughout the organization, fostering an environment where cross-departmental communication and collaboration are not only encouraged but celebrated. How we’re doing it: We’re implementing a "buddy system" that pairs employees from different departments to work on projects and initiatives together. We’re also creating cross-departmental task forces and committees to encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing. This should lead to increased creativity, innovation, more efficient processes, and stronger unity among our teams. We believe these strategies will create a fundamental shift in mindset and approach, laying the groundwork for sustainable and organic growth throughout the organization. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this approach and any experiences you've had in fostering a culture of growth within your organizations. Let's continue the conversation and share our collective wisdom in the comments below!  #CultureOfGrowth #Empowerment #Collaboration #HHSJourneyToGrowth

Why is hospital food so important? Comfort Through Food → Patients need to feel as comfortable as possible, and comfort starts with the food we eat. A good meal can make patients feel better and help them recover faster. Support Recovery → Healthy, balanced meals give patients the vitamins and nutrients they need to heal and stay healthy. Build Trust → High-quality food helps build trust between patients and the hospital. This can improve the hospital’s reputation and lead to more positive word-of-mouth. Enhance the Hospital Environment → Good food boosts the morale of hospital staff, making them happier and more productive. Reduce Waste and Costs → When patients like the food, there is less waste. This helps save money and supports sustainability. Did we miss anything? Let us know in the comments why you think hospital food is important. #CulinaryArtsMonth #OneHHS #HHSDifference
