Congratulations to Jennifer Panther for being HCPT's Employee of the Month for May! 🎉 When asked what gives her the passion for what she does, Jennifer explains, "Just knowing that no matter what position you hold in healthcare, you are making a difference is someone's life." Jennifer made the switch from the ER to home care, 8 years ago with the encouragement from her brother! She states, "Everyone at HCP is so friendly and helpful and really love what they do. No matter what position you hold, we all have the same goal and that's to help make life's better and help navigate the transition home with home health services." Outside of work, Jennifer stays pretty busy! "Most of my 'free' time is spent at stock shows. My husband and I have been together for 15 years. We have 4 children - Kenzie is a Jr. at Tarleton State University, Colton is a Sophomore at Texas Tech, Hayden is a Senior in high school, and Maddie is in 8th grade and shows lambs and steers. If we aren't chasing her around the state of Texas, we are probably playing cornhole somewhere!" Thank you for all you do, Jennifer! You are such an asset to our team!
