Over the past three days, our national community of place-based, cradle-to-career leaders came together to share best practices and build a movement. Together, we’re driving the field forward and impacting the lives of children and families across the country. A big thank you to The EdRedesign Lab at Harvard Graduate School of Education for your partnership and for hosting us! #PowerofPlace

Our Practitioners Institute and WJW Institute teams welcomed Self Enhancement, Inc. (SEI) from Portland, Oregon, to learn about our place-based, cradle-to-career model. A longstanding community service organization and Promise Neighborhood, SEI is dedicated to helping underserved, primarily Black and brown youth in Portland realize their full potential. During their visit, the SEI team explored best practices developed by HCZ for strengthening their impact and creating sustainable pathways to success for the young people they serve. Shout out to SEI for joining us!
