Please Join Us in Celebrating Crystal Haggard - Registration the June Compassionate Care Champion!!! This recognition serves as a testament to the exceptional care and dedication to patients demonstrated by Crystal, who’s actions vividly illustrate what it means to place patients at the heart of everything we do. Here's a glimpse into the compassionate service provided by Crystal: From Nomination: Crystal is an employee who goes the extra mile to our patients each and every day. She is kind, respectful, and empathetic to all she encounters. Today, I watched her take the initiative to help a patient who was coming in for services. He had to walk from the back parking lot and was struggling to make it in. She went and got a wheelchair to help. After arriving at the Registration desk, she went to look him up in the computer and realized he was supposed to be down at Diagnostic Imaging Center. She proceeded to wheel him all the way back to his car so he could make it to his appointment. She 100% embodies all the traits of the Compassionate Care Champion and I cannot think of anyone more deserving to be recognized. Additionally, Crystal’s Manager Laura Cinert said: Crystal has only been with the organization for, just under, two years, but has made a huge impact to our team. Not only does she embody all of our HRH values – respect, integrity, compassion, and responsiveness – she is always patient focused. She listens, shows genuine empathy, and develops relationships with our patients in the most professional way. I can think of many instances of her going above and beyond to make sure the patients feel valued. Whether that is acknowledging them as they walk in the door, or smiling at them while walking down the hall. She will call doctor’s offices to track down orders and assist patients to the appropriate departments. She always delivers exceptional service to our patients and deserves to be recognized. The organization is very lucky to have her on the front-line, and to be the first person the patient interacts with. Thank you for your Compassionate Care.

As we celebrate Hospital Week, we extend our deepest gratitude to our amazing staff who dedicate themselves every day to providing exceptional care. Your hard work and compassion make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families. The photos on this poster capture just a few of the many faces who contribute to our mission, to heal comfort, and serve everyone with dignity and compassion. We are also deeply thankful for our wonderful community. Your support strengthens our resolve and inspires us to continuously find new ways to serve you better. While we are most well-known for Community Hospital, we also offer specialty care like cardiology, general surgery, OB/GYN, orthopedics, substance use disorder, and hyperbaric wound care. We offer family medicine in Aberdeen, Hoquiam, and Montesano, a pediatric clinic, internal medicine, the Diagnostic Imaging Center, and walk-in clinics in Aberdeen, and Montesano. The thing that ties all of this together is our people. The care, compassion, and dedication you show day-in and day-out is extraordinary. Thank you again to our staff and community.
