Despite the volatile interest rate environment, by several key metrics, it was the best year in company history and lays down a foundation for optimism as we start 2024. Green Brick is also in a period of market expansion. In 2023, Green Brick, through its builder Trophy Signature Homes, successfully started selling homes in its first community in Austin.
