Congratulations to two long-time clients and friends of GSG on their big victories last night in New York! George Latimer won his highly contested primary in NY-16. We have been honored to work for his campaigns for County Executive and now Congress. While much ink has been spilled on this race, this much is true: George has been a public servant for nearly 40 years and this win is a well-deserved testament to his dedication to the communities he represents. Micah Lasher also won his primary in the New York State Assembly. As a friend and partner for many years, we are thrilled to see Micah heading to Albany to represent the Upper West Side of Manhattan – a community he loves so dearly.

We are pleased to welcome Erik Hope to the GSG team as our new Vice President of Information Technology. Erik will lead the development and implementation of our technology strategy, oversee GSG’s IT infrastructure, and manage daily tech operations. Previously, Erik served as the Director of Technology at Kids in Need of Defense (KIND), a non-profit organization dedicated to providing legal and social services to undocumented immigrant youth. Joe comes to GSG with over two decades of experience reporting in New York and brings a deep knowledge of the state’s political landscape to support our clients in the advocacy and corporate worlds as they navigate a variety of communications challenges.
