This morning, we announced the signing of a definitive Business Combination Agreement with Agrinam Acquisition Corp., which is publicly listed on the TSX. We at Freight Farms are excited to partner with Agrinam given their deep understanding of agriculture technology and strategic relationships around the globe, particularly Mexico and Latin America generally. This combination and the associated funding will allow us to continue to improve on our state of the art technologies and deliver on our mission to democratize access to food for both for-profit and not-for-profit customers around the world. Thank you to Agustin Tristan and his team at Agrinam and all of the advisors who have worked incredibly hard over the last few weeks to finalize the agreement. I'd also like to thank Zach Morse and Chris Papouras from Ospraie Ag Science for all of their ongoing support. In addition, a special thanks to our CFO Monalisa Shroff for eliminating sleep from her daily routine to get all of the financial work and reviews related to the deal done while keeping up with her "day job."
