The spotlight is on Tiara Aponte, Designer II at Forum. Tiara decided to go into the architecture field when she was 12 years old looking at house floor plans in Better Homes & Gardens magazine. While flipping the pages, she dreamt of creating a beautiful and peaceful space for her family to call home. Her grandmother and mother thought it was a noble profession so they supported her to continue on that path. Since then, she has never wanted to be anything else. Tiara has been at Forum for 4 years and is an integral part of one of our multifamily studios. “I take pride in being a Forum employee-owner, which in itself is an amazing and unique opportunity to be a part of, and to be part of a company who is dedicated to the professional growth of all its employees. On a more personal note, Forum has a special place in my heart as it has supported me in times of adversity.” Tiara’s professional goal is to obtain that coveted title of Architect. We have no doubt she will achieve this accomplishment. We are incredibly lucky to have Tiara at Forum and look forward to her continued success! #architecture #architect #designer #employeeowner #ForumFamily

“About a decade ago, Forum Architecture and Interior Design Inc designed plans for a senior living developer incorporating ‘bridge’ units for couples. These units are attached to the memory care wing so the spouse with dementia could access care services while the caregiver spouse had options for their own care services and can take their spouse outside the building.” This is a brief excerpt from our latest Forum Thought Leadership article, published in June. When it comes to aging, we realize one of our client’s top concerns for their residents is to give them a sense of freedom while also providing safety and protection. As architects and interior designers, we’re accustomed to developing creative solutions that help our clients solve difficult problems. We’re looking forward to discussing these issues and needs at Florida Senior Living Association’s Engage Conference this week. You can pick up a copy of this article and others at our booth - Number 41! For those who won’t be attending the conference, we’re sharing it here for your reading delight & education on this market sector. Please reach out to Business Development Director Michelle Rademacher to discuss opportunities. #seniorliving #architecture #interiordesign #purchasing #procurement #FSLA #FORUM

We’re not saying that we won’t be dressed in safari gear for Florida Senior Living Association’s Conference, but we’re also not promising it either… 😉 But we definitely look forward to all our friends and colleagues in the #seniorliving market sector stopping by our exhibitor booth at this year’s Engage 2024! Michelle Rademacher, Glen Baurhyte, Architect, and Becky Trybus CHID EDAC RID IIDA will be at booth no.41 and ready to talk about design excellence in senior living! We’re close to the stage and equidistant from both bars. You can’t and won’t want to miss us! (hint, we have a great giveaway for the famous Puppy Pits for this year’s conference!!!) https://lnkd.in/etR-9qYn #FLSA #assistedliving #memorycare #architecture #interiordesign #FORUM
