We recently attended the New Jersey Life Sciences & Healthcare event organized by Bisnow at the Onyx Campus in Kenilworth, NJ. 200 developers, engineers, architects, and others attended the event, where they discussed the region's life sciences industry—including upcoming opportunities for general contractors, developers, architects, and engineering firms. Since purchasing the Kenilworth campus, Onyx has been working to lease out portions of it to smaller life science companies that can’t otherwise afford the infrastructure required to do research. Similarly, many companies are taking research and manufacturing efforts that they had subcontracted in China and moving them back to the U.S. This creates a number of exciting opportunities for our organization, and we are excited to attend events like this that help keep us at the forefront of the industry. #EMCOR #LifeSciences #Healthcare #NewJersey #Electrical
