PRESS RELEASE: Energy Transfer LP announced today the completion of its previously announced acquisition of WTG Midstream Holdings LLC (WTG). The acquired assets add approximately 6,000 miles of complementary gas gathering pipelines that extend Energy Transfer’s network in the Midland Basin. Also, as part of the transaction, the Partnership added eight gas processing plants with a total capacity of approximately 1.3 Bcf/d, and two additional processing plants which are under construction. https://lnkd.in/g4CGu3zK

Celebrating summertime fun with 4-H students in DeSoto Parish, Louisiana! These kids are heading out for a field trip and attending hands-on camps throughout the summer. DeSoto Parish 4-H serves about 280 students each year. We love supporting local 4-H, which is one of the largest youth organizations in the world. "Learn by doing" is the heart of the 4-H program. Students make things and show others how to make them, too. They attend and take part in club meetings. They exhibit at fairs, achievement days, and at other local, parish and state events. They attend and participate in camping activities, educational tours, and workshops. They develop citizenship and leadership skills through club and community activities.

Groceries have increasingly become more expensive for families everywhere, particularly during the summer when children aren't receiving free school lunches. We recently visited Sabine Parish, Louisiana, to see the Pine Belt Food Pantry's community garden in the town of Many. It is supported by SHSRP Management, a nonprofit comprised of local citizens involved in multiple community initiatives.
