He has been able to take over projects started by other engineers and complete them successfully on multiple occasions. He is a team player. effective communicator, mentor, and problem solver. Quentin is an outstanding transmission line engineer. His work product speaks volumes for his wealth of knowledge, persistence and perseverance to be the best transmission line engineer he can be. He is always looking to take on more of a lead role to further help and develop the transmission line team.
