DialogueDirect fundraisers are trained, passionate advocates for our world-class charity partners. We pioneered the field of face-to-face fundraising in 1995, and we continue to set the industry standard for sustainable giving in the U.S. and around the world. DialogueDirect takes pride in our company wide values of Community, Integrity, and Opportunity. With that foundation and as a Certified B Corps our priority is to be a force for good as we redefine success in business. Our fundraisers are a strong voice for these worthy causes as they hone their communication skills, in the office and out in the field. They learn the structure of a dialogue, using it as a baseline to channel their passion, skill and work ethic, to reach out to donors consistently and effectively. Exceptional dialoguers have the opportunity to grow into Team Leaders once they've mastered their fundraising skills, developing their leadership skills to build, train and motivate their own team.
