    Crescent CEO. High-interest business banking.*

I ran every day for 743 days. It changed my life forever. Here’s why: Being consistent is a superpower. I thought it could change my life forever. (Hint: it did) I needed a no-BS way to start. My simple plan: 1. Run 1-mile minimum 2. Repeat daily 3. Don’t quit 743 days straight and 1,000+ miles later: Consistency trait = unlocked ✅ My top 5 learnings: • Zero Excuses • Embrace the Hard in a Soft World • Mile-by-Mile Mindset • Build a Stack of Undeniable Proof • Challenge Your Norms Let's break them down: 1. Zero Excuses “You can make excuses or make it happen.” Be the person that finds a way no matter what. Never let emotions get you too high or low. I got tired, sore, and busy. Who cares: go run. Make change, not excuses. 2. Embrace the Hard in a Soft World “Hard choices, easy life. Easy choices, hard life.” We live in a world full of cheap dopamine and instant gratification. While everyone does less and gets comfortable: Do today what others won’t. So you can do tomorrow what others can’t. 3. Mile-by-Mile Mindset Small daily actions compound into big results. Secret: for me it was never about the running. Only about building consistency and grit. Consistency > motivation. 4. Build a Stack of Undeniable Proof “Build a stack of undeniable proof that you are who you say you are.” Confidence comes as a result of evidence. Think and act like the person you want to become. You’ll become that person over time. (Cred: Alex Hormozi and James Clear) 5. Challenge Your Own Norms “To get something you’ve never had, you need to do something you’ve never done” Personal: I was never a runner. Business: I had never built a big company before. The world is malleable. Be bold and shape it. Your life is yours to create. *** Being consistent changed my life. What new streak will you start today? Start small, act daily, and watch your life transform. Share this with a friend & let's grow together! Follow me Grant R. as I share my journey and lessons in pursuing greatness and building a $10B+ company. ✰ P.S. - Fun fact: All runs were in barefoot shoes or actually barefoot :)
