In the US alone, nematodes cause enough crop damage to cost farmers about $8 billion each year. But did you know not all nematodes are bad for crops? That's why our scientists have developed a first-of-its-kind solution that controls damaging nematode species that feed on roots of plants, while protecting the beneficial ones found in soil. Whoever we are and however we identify, each of us deserves to be respected and accepted by the people around us. The fight for equality continues, but this month, we’re taking time to celebrate how far we’ve come – and the many people who got us here. To our LGBTQ+ employees, customers and business partners around the world, from the lab to the field, we see you, we hear you and we value you. To everyone who celebrates – happy #PrideMonth.

It's inspiring to see so many fantastic events across EMEA as part of our annual Regulatory and Stewardship (RAS) Day of Service! This day of service not only helps us connect with each other but also leaves a lasting impact on our local communities and the environment. From South Africa’s animal shelters to UK woodlands, Denmark’s rivers to Kenya’s forests, our colleagues marked Earth Day 2024 through meaningful environmental actions in their localities. Excellent work by our amazing team across EMEA; thanks for making a difference in the communities we serve! #InItForGood

We’re proud to join an international community in reaffirming our shared commitment to the Code of Conduct on Pesticide Management governed by the FAO and World Health Organization. In our never-ending pursuit of delivering new and improved innovations to feed and fuel the world, safety and stewardship--for farmers, consumers and our planet--remain central to everything we do. CropLife International
📢 “Balancing the imperatives of biodiversity, productivity and climate are central to our shared purpose” stated Livio Tedeschi, CropLife International Chairman, as the members of the trade association issued an #Industry #Declaration renewing and reaffirming their commitment to the principles and standards of the International Code of Conduct on Pesticide Management. The Code of Conduct (#ICoC), governed by the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) and the World Health Organization (WHO), is a voluntary instrument covering the whole pesticide lifecycle from research and development, manufacture and use, to the safe removal and treatment of waste, and it outlines the responsibilities of all stakeholders throughout these processes. Adherence to the principles of the Code of Conduct is a condition of membership of CropLife International, reflecting its centrality to the industry and organization, and the Declaration marks the first anniversary of the publication of CropLife International’s Guide to Industry on the Code’s implementation.
