Three cheers for mentorship, ag education and networking! 👏 Compeer’s cross-functional MAGNET (𝗠entorship, 𝗔𝗚 ed and 𝗡𝗘𝗧working) team successfully launched its inaugural MAGNET Connect event. Held across three locations in MN, IL and WI, this day-long gathering brought together approximately 100 team members. Participants had the opportunity to engage with leaders sharing insights from their career journeys, participate in a live mentorship panel, receive an overview on emerging markets, gain valuable insights from a client spotlight and Q&A session, and enjoy networking opportunities.
