Do you ever think about the "Candidate experience" that applicants who apply for a job at your company? We make sure that any candidate we work with enjoys their recruitment process, and has positive interactions each step of the way. It's a no brainer and it takes extra work and touch points throughout out the process. It makes candidates less likely to withdraw from the recruitment process, more likely to accept an offer, and WAY more likely to enjoy working at your company. Sharing this because people think recruiting is just about filling jobs with the right talent, fast. BUT it's way more than that.
