We talked about our new Uplift Heights Healthcare Institute, opening this upcoming school year, which is designed to prepare scholars for healthcare careers. Through this program, scholars will train directly with professionals from Baylor Scott & White, earn certifications, and gain access to job opportunities. This initiative is a significant step in shaping the next generation of the healthcare workforce, providing scholars with the skills and connections they need for success.
