    Asking for feedback and then punishing those who give it is one of the worst things a manager can do. Not only does it reduce employee engagement, but it can also lead to a company's downfall. I have been there and I learned to be quiet. The fastest way to destroy a company is to stop listening and keep closing the door on employees who are trying to do the best for the company.
