She began her profession with a large HR consultancy company, and then went on to serve as director and vice president with Panera Bread, retiring after 15-plus years as Chief People Officer for the multibillion-dollar company. She holds a bachelor’s in economics and international studies and a master’s in human resources & industrial relations. She was also an honorary labor economics scholar at Oxford University. Jaynanne is devoted to a leadership and management approach that zeroes in on motivating others to high performance with clarity and accountability. Her team of consultants and support members provide business owners and leaders with the essential advice and direction necessary during times of change and challenge.
