How many times have we thought... "Gosh, there's a ton of leadership books out there. Where do I start?" I have a few suggestions: The Transformative Leader (Amir Ghannad - https://lnkd.in/e3Y7Rs3c) Overcoming Impossible (Robert Irvine - https://chefirvine.com/) Start With Why (Simon Sinek - https://simonsinek.com/) #Amirghannad #Robertirvine #Simonsinek

After many hours of thought... I'm very excited to announce that I'm starting as a director for Calaway Habeck Talent Consulting. So many have contributed so that I could be in this place. Jaynanne Calaway, Scott Tourville, Heather Baram, Charlene Lambert, Scott Millward, Heidi Clark, Becky Fine, Cory Mills, Pat Mellor, Shawn Church, Michelle Gareau, Mike Bufano, Anna Pullium, Kathy Watkins, Sheila Sitzer, and so many others... I'm here because of you! Also, If you need HR support, let me know... common sense approach to real world challenges... That's how we approach HR. But ultimately, I'm here because of the people that came before, walked alongside, and gave great leadership. Thank you, to all of you!
