Invest time in creating compelling job ads that draw in the right talent. Here’s how: 1. Company Sizzle: Make the first 25% of your job ad a captivating description of your company. Highlight your vision, culture, and opportunities. Paint a picture that candidates can't resist. 2. Day-to-Day: Clearly describe daily responsibilities in a positive light. Be illustrative but concise. 3. Career Track: Define a clear path for growth. Show candidates where they can go with your company. 4. Culture: Connect emotionally with candidates by sharing your company culture. This should make up 20% of your ad. 5. Requirements: Keep it brief and broad—only 10% of your description should be about specific requirements. Make candidates curious to learn more. 6.
