🚧 Exciting progress at the Miami International Airport! 🚧 Lemartec Corporation, a MasTec company has begun pouring floors at the MIA Park 6 Employee Garage project site. This garage will accommodate over 2,000 parking spaces and is a key component of MIA’s $7-billion capital improvement program. Ensuring the structural integrity of this $111-million Flamingo garage extension is crucial, as it will feature vehicular connections between each level. Bliss and Nyitray welcomed their inaugural summer interns from Westminster High School with a dynamic visit to the Block 45, newly named Atlantic Station, job site in Overtown, Miami. This marked the beginning of an enriching educational experience for the students, who explored the construction site of Atlantic Station, a groundbreaking 36-story tower set to redefine Miami-Dade County’s landscape. Designed by Corwil Architects Inc, Atlantic Station promises to be the largest single-phase mixed-income Transit-Oriented Development in the region, featuring 616 apartments, expansive retail spaces, and a variety of dining options. The interns gained firsthand insight into urban development and construction management, laying the foundation for their future careers in architecture and engineering.

Riverview6, an upcoming affordable housing project in Bradenton, FL, is set to transform the community. This five-story development will offer 80 residential units, catering to families and individuals in need of affordable housing. Beyond living spaces, Riverview6 features over 3,000 SF of amenities designed to enhance residents’ quality of life, along with an additional 3,000 SF of retail space to serve both residents and the surrounding neighborhood. Designed by RSP Architects, this five-story building boasts 36,500 SF of Class-A office space and an 82,500 SF parking garage. The headquarters includes a 50-person computer lab, a 200-person conference room, and an 80-person training room. The building is LEED and WELL Certified, ensuring a healthy, eco-friendly, and sustainable environment!
