Last week our BBB Industrial Facility in Detroit got a visit from our executives, Gonzalo Cajade (Chief People Officer), Karla Pretty (Sr. HR Manager, Industrial), Derek Weyand (Plant Manager) and Alex Harrison (President, Industrial). How cool is this?! Our TERREPOWER division donated Solar Panels to the non-profit Brighten Haiti and its #Solar4Schools project earlier in May. Last week the first 10 pallets of solar modules arrived in Haiti from the TERREPOWER facility in Sparta, TN. Workers unloaded all of them by hand. These solar panels will help provide education with solar energy. According to Brighten Haiti, 90% of Northern Haiti does not have access to electricity, so this donation will make a huge impact for people without power.
