We're excited to announce the completion of an ISO 8 Cleanroom, a project that was a true collaborative effort from start to finish. Our team worked diligently to bring this vision to life, ensuring every detail aligned with the client's goals and exceeded their expectations. Working closely with the production team was essential to ensure that this multi-phase live renovation and addition didn't interfere with their continuous 24/7/365 operations. Keeping the shipping area running smoothly and the cleanroom/lab free of debris was a top priority for us. From the initial groundbreaking to the final touches, it’s been an incredible journey. We're thrilled to announce the completion of a state-of-the-art, full-service maintenance facility for Rachel! It was a rewarding experience working on this project, and we’re incredibly proud of the final result. This facility has it all: a welding/fab shop, wash bay, bridge & jib cranes, epoxy floors, ample storage, locker rooms, office space, a break room, and even heated floors! Our project team worked collaboratively to design a concrete floor capable of handling the weights and steel tracks of off-road equipment. This one-of-a-kind floor system comprises high-density insulation, in-floor heating, semi-jointless concrete, capped with a Res-Tek MMA full flake epoxy floor system, and Ucrete Iron Filled epoxy with designated steel track travel paths. This success was made possible through the healthy collaboration with our client, engineers, architects, and various trades. A huge thank you to everyone involved in bringing Rachel’s vision to life! ☔ Even with the recent heavy rains, we’re making great strides at the Landscape Structures Inc. (LSI) 48,000 SF addition in Delano, MN. Utilizing mud mats on this clay site has been essential in keeping our team safe and our project on schedule through this wet spring.
