Typically, people ask about the team, if they’re talented and capable, the innovation and the product, and the clinical (or scientific) evidence supporting the product. All these are important questions for an investor to ponder. However, these questions (and others like them) serve as a warm-up to the main question: What's the achievable upside? What real returns are possible from an investment, all other things being equal? This is a very relevant question for an investor to ask.
