Ambrosia QSR had a busy past 3 weeks, opening 3 new Popeyes locations in Hermiston OR, Salem OR, and Graham WA... It was exciting to see these projects finally open to their communities, where they were enthusiastically welcomed, as lines formed prior to opening! General Managers Bryan Schoeppner (Hermiston), Amanda Gutierrez (Salem), and Kristen Downs (Graham) did a great job building and preparing their teams for opening, with support from District Managers Randy Caudill, Erica Navarro, and Jasz Towery, and leadership throughout from Director of Operations Paul Abeline. Of course, it takes a village to open a successful restaurant, much less 3 in 3 weeks. Our entire Ambrosia QSR village was instrumental as always, from real estate and construction over the past few years, to all the support from HR, Ops Services, IT, Facilities, and Accounting right up to the big day! These are some great-looking restaurants, in communities where we're proud to serve Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen's chicken - especially the new Sweet 'n Spicy Wings (my current favorite)!
