L'écoute active est vraiment importante aussi bien dans les relations personnelles que professionnelle. Bien souvent oublié. Les gens entendent mais n'écoutent pas. Cependant dans une entreprise, il est de plus en plus important d'écouter ses collaborateurs et d'apprendre d'eux parfois peut être intéressant.

Dedicate time for meaningful conversations that explore mutual interests, challenges faced, and future goals. This type of engagement demonstrates genuine interest and builds a solid foundation of trust. Being authentic in your interactions is essential; show maturity with your vulnerability when appropriate and be transparent about your intentions and expectations. Authenticity strengthens bonds and promotes a relationship based on trust and mutual respect. This way you create an environment that values diversity of thoughts and perspectives, promoting constructive debates and the expression of contrasting ideas. Continued, positive personal growth is a decision. Yes, there is much we can do on our own thru observing, reading books, experimenting, or even watching a bunch of reels. Learning from the wisdom of others is key. By getting to know someone we admire, we can learn from their wisdom and from their reality too. What we see from the outside might not tell the whole story. We can even create our own board of directors, made up of carefully chosen mentors. Thru regular time with them (doesn't have to be all at one time), we can learn and be challenged to expand our abilities, knowledge, and wisdom. We must be willing to mentor others selflessly for the purpose of their benefit. It is a Go Give attitude that makes a generational impact.

Les limites surtout au niveau de la charge de travail. En tant que salarié apprenez à dire non, je vois bien trop souvent des salariés "gentil" qui disent oui à tout pour faire plaisir mais son au bord du burnout... Dire non aux autres c'est se dire oui à soit. Apprenez à mettre vos limites.

Les feedbacks sont bien trop souvent négatifs, il est important de faire des feedbacks positifs et de féliciter ses collaborateurs lorsqu'ils ont bien travaillé, lorsqu'ils ont été proactif, et même lors de petite victoire. Il n'y a rien de mieux qu'une personne qui est prise en considération.

I would suggest to meangifully try to develop deep relationships rather than going for numbers just for the sake of networking or material gains. True human relationships and life long friendships are true riches and rest comes anyways.
