Provide Resources: Ensure they have the necessary tools and support. 5. Monitor Progress: Regularly check in on progress and offer guidance as needed.

Trust is foundational! Starting small and gradually increasing tasks as trust builds is a great strategy for empowering our team.

One thing I found helpful is utilizing software tools to allocate, manage and monitor tasks. With task software each team member knows exactly what task he/she is responsible for, can give timeous updates without having a manager constantly asking for feedback

Slowly add on the Authority, Sharing the lessons learnt, best practices, monitor, empower so that they take the right decisions Guiding on the any unknown area like Customer collaborations, managing project risks, Budgets, collaborating when needed gives them a confidence to take up the delegated task easily and deliver it successfully.

When a task is allocated to a team member, the scope and expected outcome should be clearly communicated as well. The authority to deliver a certain outcome by default is linked to authority.

The conductor doesn’t play every instrument but guides each musician, granting them the authority to contribute their expertise. On a more human side of things, productivity stems from the people. If the people aren't motivated, then their productivity decreases. If the people are inspired, they'll be willing to do more than we ask. One thing which I've learnt, is to delegate task with a "cause". Inspire the team with the "why", the meaningful reason behind their work, not just the "what". The last thing we want is to be thrown a backlog of tasks and feel like we're not valued. *ps my opinion is quite niche, which overlooks the technical aspect of things. Just sharing :)

With reference to project management, in fact, "integration management" cannot be delegated and is the responsibility of the project manager.
