"[I was struggling] with extreme stress and anxiety." Charlie, a non-binary individual, began therapy at Everyturn Mental Health Talking Therapies website, where they discovered Limbic Access. Charlie felt they could freely express their emotions through the non-judgmental, AI-enabled self-referral assistant. 💟 "Limbic Access helped me discover what I was truly feeling." With Charlie's information gathered ahead of an assessment, the clinician could focus on Charlie's specific problems to create a tailored treatment plan. 🚀 Within two months of referral, they were discharged from Everyturn, and started applying and interviewing for jobs with confidence! We're proud to be included in the NHS' first-ever Positive Practice Guide for supporting the LGBTQ+ community in Talking Therapies. Read more about Charlie’s story with Limbic Access in our case study with Everyturn that highlights the importance of alternative and inclusive self-referral methods for LGBTQ+ individuals 👇 🌈

Amazing work from everyone involved to create an accessible (evidence based - super important!) source of information on how we can better support individuals from the LGBTQ+ community ❤️ 💙 💚 💛 💜 🖤 🧡 Particularly proud that our work at Limbic (with Everyturn Mental Health) was chosen to be included. Below is a snippet from our case study: "In a real-world study published in Nature Medicine involving 129,400 patients across 28 NHS Talking Therapies services in England, it was observed that services implementing Limbic Access experienced a significant 179% increase in non-binary individuals seeking support....the study found that non-binary individuals value the human-free aspect of the tool more, highlighting the importance of alternative and inclusive self-referral methods for LGBTQ+ individuals." 🚀

If you're an RCPA member and have questions about AI in mental healthcare, this webinar will have the answers! (Of course, if you're not a member but still have questions, please reach out.)

CFHS is pleased to provide RCPA members with a webinar on the use of AI in behavioral health. Stacy Olsen DiStefano, Consulting For Human Services (CFHS) CEO, and Ross Harper, Founder and CEO of Limbic, are participating in a discussion about the use of AI in behavioral health. They'll take a deep dive into what AI enhanced solutions are (and what they aren't), how these solutions are reimbursed, and how provider organizations can adopt a culture of trust with clinical AI tools. Rehabilitation and Community Providers Association (RCPA) is among the largest and most diverse state health and human services trade associations in the nation. Learn more at paproviders.org

With caseloads piling up and not enough time to prepare ahead of an assessment, clinicians at NHS Bradford and Craven District were left feeling anxious about the unknown. Daniel Moran, Team Manager at Bradford, walks us through how his team felt more prepared, confident, and at ease ahead of their assessments with Limbic: 🕰️ The Minimum Data Set is collected to save significant time 🌈 ADSMs are administered with 93% accuracy for high-quality assessments 💟 Faster assessments allow for more time with the patient "I think it's fantastic that we have certain details prior to the assessment such as pronouns, drug and alcohol use, risk, etc. This helps me to mentally prepare for the assessment...and it allows more time to be spent identifying the main problem, conveying empathy." ⚡ With Limbic Access, an AI-enabled self-referral assistant and e-triage assistant, clinicians can focus more time on what matters most - delivering high-quality care. Founder & CEO at Limbic

People often ask me how we’ve managed to publish three large-scale clinical studies, achieve widespread adoption of AI in #NHS Talking Therapies, and support over 300,000 patients as part of routine care. Founders query how Limbic became the world’s only mental health chatbot certified as a Class 2a medical device, while our customers ask how our #clinical #AI so reliably delivers better patient outcomes than similar-looking products. The root answer is always the same: it’s the team. Limbic has a truly exceptional team. Last week, I had the pleasure of spending five uninterrupted days on the beaches of Gran Canaria with this inspiring group. We aligned on our shared vision, prioritised challenges, and even developed six new product features in just one day! With passionate leaders like these at the helm, I am confident we’re headed for a future where AI delivers immense social impact. That journey has already begun ⛵ Sebastiaan de Vries Max Rollwage Dr. Charlotte Lee-Sinclair Benjamin Carrington Scott Osler
