Fun game and time consuming, however I’ve completed the progression task, built a new building, and earned said amount of XP for level 18. The last thing I needed to do was add a sim. I've done that, and it still won't take me to the next level. It sucks if I have to unistall, but I don't want to be on the same level forever. Please fix.

I like this game, however there are a few things that get on my nerves. The last update changed the menu for a sim & now you have to do a couple steps instead of 1 for actions. Some of the tasks are timed ridiculously long. Life Points are expensive and they takes forever to earn, I am trying to build workstations and it's almost impossible when I'm unable to complete the task to earn my donuts or popcorn without the workstation, but I need them to build it! It would cost me $30 if I bought LP's

App continually cancels out tasks that my sims are in progress of. Hours and literally days wasted because the app seems to forget that I've set Sims doing multiple hour long tasks. Very frustrating, do not recommend, and it looks like this is an ongoing issue that has not been fixed, given I've deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times and I see reviews from folks with the same issue months ago. Please fix this, it's so disheartening. Update: hands down the worst customer service ever.

This is a big one, our 100th update. Sure it's a celebration for us, but you're getting all the prizes!
To start off, we are going back to the Mid-Century theme: '50s-inspired mansions, corner offices, and neighborhood barbeques.
We are also bringing back our favorite past prizes in a special 'FreePlay Replay' event. Yes, you can unlock a pug!
We have also increased the Level Cap to 65 and refreshed the Daily Rewards, so there are treats all around.
