#ICYMI: For the third consecutive year, P&G Philippines actively participated in the Philippines Pride March by serving as a "Diamond Sponsor" for this year’s event. Around 700 P&G leaders, employees, and loved ones joined the march, proudly celebrating equality and inclusion. P&G Philippines also activated its beauty brands Olay and Pantene by hosting a face painting station by Olay and a mini salon by Pantene. P&G products and merchandise were also given to Pride March participants. “At P&G, we value the talent and diversity brought by our LGBTQIA+ employees. We celebrate this and champion creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, included, and has equal opportunities to succeed. In the last days we celebrated the PRIDE Month in Philippines, and in P&G we wanted to reiterate the importance of this event as one of the main pillars of our Equality and Inclusion Journey. As P&G Cabuyao, we had the pleasure to actively support and join 2 events: The National Pride March hosted in Manila, as One P&G Philippines Team, and a dedicated wall to wall "CBY Site Pride March", which is increasing the Plant awareness and participation to the journey! I've been very happy to see the engagement and the energy of so many people in bringing to life our E&I values! Definitively a great experience which deserves support and respect!
